What do I do if I have a faulty product?
Please send a photo of your faulty product to support(at)clinicalpro.com.au and we will send you a replacement or refund your money back.
I changed my mind or ordered the wrong product. Can I return it?
If you have unopened your product and it is in its original packaging, you can return your product within 7 days of delivery.

What are the costs involved with returns?
If you have ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, postage will be at your expense. If you have received your product and it is faulty, we will organise and pay for a courier to collect your product.
